Psalm 84 shifts the atmosphere completely. It’s not about enemies—it’s about longing for God’s presence.

“How lovely is Your dwelling place…” (Psalm 84:1)

We often think peace will come when:

• things settle down

• we get ahead

• we finally “arrive”

But this Psalm reminds us:
Peace is not found in progress—it’s found in proximity.

Even the sparrow finds a home near God’s altar.
Even the weakest are strengthened as they journey toward Him.

Jehovah Shalom is not waiting at the finish line.
👉 He is present in every step.

🙏🏽 Prayer: Lord, draw my heart back to You. Let me not chase peace in outcomes, but find it in Your presence.
