Established in Truth

The psalmist closes this section of Scripture with awe toward the reliability of God’s Word. Everything around him may shift, but God’s truth remains steady, righteous, and trustworthy.

That is comforting because life transitions often create emotional instability. Relationships change. Responsibilities shift. Expectations evolve. Some prayers are answered while others remain unresolved. Yet through it all, God remains faithful.

This passage reminds believers that spiritual stability is not found in perfect circumstances but in remaining rooted in the character of God.

When people build their lives upon temporary things, fear increases with every change. But when lives are built upon truth, peace becomes possible even during uncertainty.

God’s faithfulness is not seasonal. His Word remains trustworthy in every transition.

Prayer

Lord, establish my heart in Your truth so I am not controlled by fear, instability, or uncertainty. Let Your Word remain the foundation of my life. Amen.

Spend time reflecting on one way God has remained faithful to you during a difficult transition in the past.
