Clear Hands, Open Doors

by Torrie Slaughter

Psalm 24 asks a piercing question: Who may stand in God’s holy place?
The answer isn’t perfection—it’s integrity. Clean hands and a pure heart speak to alignment, not performance.

This psalm reminds us that God owns everything—including the doors we’re praying to walk through. Before we ask Him to open doors, He often invites us to examine what we’re carrying.

Alignment prepares us for access.

Prayer:
Lord, search my heart and realign my motives. I want to stand before You with honesty and humility.

Action Step:
Ask God to reveal one habit, attitude, or attachment that needs surrender—and take one step toward releasing it.
