For the One Who Feels Exhausted From Holding It Together

You may not have said it out loud,
but you’re tired.

Tired of being strong.
Tired of pretending it doesn’t hurt.
Tired of wondering if God sees what you’ve endured.

David didn’t sanitize his pain.
He brought it straight to God.

And today, you can too.

You don’t have to explain everything.
You don’t have to have the “right” words.

Just let this be your prayer:

“Lord, I don’t want to carry this alone anymore.”

He isn’t waiting for you to be composed.
He is inviting you to be honest.

Breathe.
Let yourself be seen.
